EDGAR Analyzer is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered analysis of SEC filings and documents. Our service includes:

• Document Analysis: Automated analysis of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings
• Financial Intelligence: Extraction of key financial metrics, ratios, and performance indicators

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

EDGAR Analyzer offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: $0/month - 5 analyses per day, basic insights, basic support
• Pro Plan: $5/month - 100 analyses per day, advanced insights, priority support
• Advisor Plan: $50/month - 2,000 analyses per day, advanced insights, priority support
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing - Unlimited analyses, real-time notifications, custom integrations, white-label solutions, dedicated support

Billing Terms

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the same date each month
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months, but service continues until the end of the current billing period
• Plan Changes: Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

Usage Limits and Overages

Daily analysis limits reset at midnight UTC. If you consistently exceed your plan limits, we may contact you about upgrading to a higher tier. We do not charge overage fees but may temporarily restrict access if limits are significantly exceeded.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all users, you agree to the following acceptable use guidelines:

Permitted Uses

Prohibited Activities

• Account Abuse: Sharing account credentials, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

• System Interference: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

• Service Availability: Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
• Compatibility: Continued compatibility with all browsers, devices, or SEC website changes

10. Termination and Cancellation

User-Initiated Cancellation

• Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Service Access: You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
• Data Retention: Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
• Reactivation: You may reactivate your account within 30 days of cancellation

Company-Initiated Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees (after 7-day grace period)
• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately. All analysis cache and temporary data is deleted. Account data is retained according to our Privacy Policy. Paid subscriptions are not refunded for partial periods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
